Commissions

Carol Shelleman is a mosaic artist with a cheerful style. She has experience working with most types of tesserae (mosaic pieces) and would welcome inquiries about creating a personal piece of mosaic art for you.

You may provide your own base, such as a vase, lamp, mirror, etc., or Carol can create on an appropriate base for the project desired. Tile backsplashes, garden art, wall art and dimensional art are popular ways to bring mosaics into your life.

Pricing is based on the design requirements, size and type of tesserae used for the project, and installation if applicable. Payment is 50% upon contract agreement, 30% upon completion and 20% upon delivery.

Classes can be customized for the audience and time available. Mosaics take time so either a 3-hour, 6-hour, and two 6-hour day workshop works best. Pricing is based on project + materials + location. Payment is 50% after registration is closed and 50% prior to beginning of class presentation.
